Maureen McGowan, CEO – has a B.S in Business with concentrations in management and business analysis from University of Texas at Dallas. Maureen has 30 years sales and business analysis experience in the insurance, direct sales and real estate industries. Maureen is an accomplished sales professional who developed the current transaction coordination business and is the designer for the SFTC portal and automation system.

Kelly McRae, CFO – 20yr veteran of the insurance industry, currently Chief Financial Officer, Networked Insurance Agents, an AmWINS Company. Kelly attended Baylor University and University of North Texas, holding both a B.S. and M.S. in Accountancy. Kelly holds a Texas CPA license. In addition, Kelly is well versed in M&A, Legal, HR, Finance, IT and Company Operations.

Shannon James, Forms & Processes Compliance Director – has a B.A. in English from University of California, Santa Barbara. Shannon has a background in financial planning, large company payroll, and ran her own financial organization business for over 10 years. Shannon has 13 years’ experience as a real estate agent, broker and transaction coordinator. Shannon is an expert in the real estate contract and heads up our forms and help desk department.
